1. Check to make sure your Kwilt device is properly powered. For the Kwilt Shoebox Mini, check through the open slit at the bottom to ensure there is a green light on. If you are using the Kwilt Shoebox Plus, check for a red light on the corner of your device. If you are using Kwilt2 or Kwilt3, there will be a blue light on the outside of your device. If your device has no light, this means that it is not properly powered. Connect it to a working power outlet and try again.
  2. Stay within a few feet from your Kwilt device with your phone/tablet to get the best wireless signal.
  3. Make sure you have waited at least 5 minutes before attempting to perform the setup. This will allow enough time for the device to boot up.
